This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of job satisfaction organizational commitment on turnover intention with person organization fit as a moderating variable employees PT Febri Dharma Mandiri. research is descriptive quantitative approach. In this study, data were collected using questionnaire many 123 respondents. By reducing outlier data, amount that can be processed 109 data. Data analysis used multiple linear regression Moderated Regression Anlysis (MRA). The results show partially have negative significant intention. Analysis (MRA) shows Person not able moderate intention, while determine Respondents in amounted Based has been tests carried out problem models MRA (Moderated Anlysis).
